He specializes in Commercial Real Estate and is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate lending, including construction, development and investment real estate. He has experience with hospitality, medical, industrial, land development, retail, office and multi-family projects. Josh is actively involved in the community, having served on many charitable boards including past president of the Iowa Chapter of Make a Wish, the board of the West Des Moines Economic Development Connection, West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce Finance Committee and the Board of Directors for West Side Kiwanis Club.
