Alert: Scammers Impersonating West Bank

There has been a recent increase in reports of scam calls claiming to be from West Bank. These calls are asking customers to verify information such as your Online Banking username or other sensitive information.

As a reminder, West Bank will never call, email, or text you and ask you to provide sensitive information, such as your Online Banking username or password. If you receive a call or message that appears to be from West Bank asking for this information, do not provide it.

Instead, hang up and call West Bank Customer Service directly at 1-800-810-2301.

Remember, never give out your personal or financial information unless you initiate the call and are confident in the legitimacy of the request. Stay vigilant and always protect your information.
